DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUB CAPTAIN
The Hub Captain is responsible to the CPO for the day-to-day implementation of The Company’s Operations policies and direct supervision of operations. The Hub Captain is directly responsible for the establishment of standards and the maintenance of discipline within the flight crew and also for the establishment and supervision of methods of record keeping for flight crew.

- Advise flight crew on technical matters, such as safety directives, routes, flight procedures, etc;
- Action on captain’s route report and voyage report, and disseminate information to the flight crew;
- Supervise flight operation matters directly relating to flight crew on the hub;
- Ensure all flight crew adhere to regulatory compliance company policies, instructions and standard operating procedures in accordance with the provision of all manuals and notices;
- Liaison with engineering on matters that affect operational policies;
- Ensure that all manuals covering the functions under operations are kept up to date, developed in line with industry improvements and complied with; and
- To conduct any other duties as and when required by CPO.
