ASSISTANT FLIGHT ATTENDANT MANAGER (AFAM)

The Assistant Flight Attendant Manager is responsible to the Flight Attendant Manager for the followings:

  • To conduct classes for flight attendants when applicable.
  • To conduct briefing for newly intake Flight Attendant.
  • To check daily administrations and monitoring of monthly roster.
  • To conduct supernumerary briefing and write report.
  • To prepare and update all Flight Attendant manuals.
  • To inform crew on changes in-flight service and other areas.
  • Counsel and brief crew.
  • To submit monthly report to Flight Attendant Manager on the performance of crew.
  • To do check flights. Submitting report on crew performance on in flight service and other relevant areas.
  • To monitor grooming of flight attendants.
  • To do other duties assigned by Flight Attendant Manager.


FLIGHT ATTENDANT EXECUTIVE (FAE)

The Flight Attendant Executive is responsible to the Flight Attendant Manager for the followings:

  • Monitor on overall performance and standard of flight attendant (SFA/FA);
  • To work closely with Corporate Quality to ensure high standard of service by the flight attendants;
  • Produce weekly/monthly report pertaining to job performance of flight attendants;
  • To conduct survey on customer service, safety emergency procedures, aircraft familiarization, communication skills, food &beverage, cabin management, gate management, personal appearance, welfare and hygiene;
  • Mentor to SFA/FA;
  • To counsel and brief Flight Attendants;
  • To ground crew that is not performing to The Company’s standards;
  • To assess and submit report on crew performance on in flight service and other areas;
  • Giving feedback to the Academy when after receiving information from Quality to further improve training content; and
  • To do other duties assigned by Flight Attendant Manager.


OFFICE COVERAGE AND FLYING DUTIES FOR MANAGEMENT PILOTS

The following are guidelines for management pilots’ office coverage and flying duties:

All Directors/Chief Pilots/Managers – average 30 hours a month.

All flying shall be planned prior to the roster cutoff date around the office duties and other responsibilities. All meetings will be rostered and no flying is to be planned on the dates allocated for meetings. The roster shall not be changed even for a last minute unplanned meeting unless it is absolutely required. All other appointments shall be planned around the flying roster as opposed to flight duty changes. After the roster is published, no unnecessary changes will be entertained to ensure roster stability. Management Pilot office duty prior to any flying duties shall be considered as a duty. Thus management pilots must ensure adequate rest whenever he is required to spend time in the office before a flight to be within the FDP.
